လိုအပ္ေသာပညာအရည္အခ်င္း ႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အႀကံဳ
• တကၠသုိလ္ တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႔ရရွိျပီးသူ (Finance သုိ႔မဟုတ္ Banking ဆုိင္ရာ မဟာဘြဲ႕ျပီးေျမာက္ထားပါက ပုိသင့္ေတာ္ပါသည္) ၊ အနည္းဆံုး LCCI Level 3 ျပီးေျမာက္ထားျပီးသူ
• Credit ႏွင့္ Lending ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ဗဟုသုတ အေတြ႔အၾကံဳရွိသူ
• Financial Statement မ်ားကုိ ပုိင္းျခားသံုးသပ္ႏုိင္ျပီး Managerial Accounting ဘာသာရပ္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ကြ်မ္းက်င္သူ

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
• ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေရးကုိ စိတ္အားထက္သန္၍ ေရရွည္လုပ္ကုိင္လုိသူ
• ဘာသာရပ္ဆုိင္ရာ လုိအပ္ေသာ ျပင္ပေလ့လာရွာေဖြမႈ (research) မ်ားကုိ လ်င္ျမန္စြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏုိင္သူ
