We are looking for a top “people-person” to lead and ensure the overall success of Hintha Business Centres, a member of the Anthem Asia investment group of companies in Yangon, Myanmar. You will be responsible for maximizing our serviced office and co-working space occupancy levels and increasing revenues and profits. You will host the “Hintha Community” with events and activities that build business and community networks.Your RoleClient Services • Provide professional and efficient international five-star service at all times; • Work with foreign clients as they enter the Myanmar market or expand existing operations; and • Build and maintain a professional relationship with all clients. Sales/Business Development • Devise strategies for sales and pricing, and develop new products and services; • Lead day-to-day sales activities including sourcing and converting leads, responding to inquiries; • Lead marketing and communications campaigns to support sales; and • Represent the Company and brand at networking and marketing events. Team Building • Recruit, train and encourage staff to deliver five-star sales and service.“Hintha Community” Building • Encourage clients and outside the business and non-business groups to use Hintha Business Centres for their meetings, events and functions; and • Plan, devise and host events and activities based at Hintha Business Centres. Other • Ensure the centers are well maintained to a high standard, having a good working knowledge of the facilities and equipment; • Devise and control annual business and financial plan; • Report to the board; • Monitor industry trends; and • Contribute to the next phase of the business.
You will have:• An outgoing, sociable personality• The ability to deal confidently with a top foreign CEO one minute or a junior member of staff the next minute• Excellent client service skills including anticipating clients’ needs and an eye for detail• Overseas work experience or experience in an international business group in Myanmar• 3-5 years' experience in the serviced office industry strongly preferred, other relevant hospitality sector experience considered• Good negotiation skills and track record on B2B sales preferably in serviced offices, coworking space, hospitality or other real estate sectors• Proven leadership skills• Ability to manage a P&L• Fluency in English, preferably also Burmese; Japanese or Chinese an advantage
