- Developing and implementing learning programs
- Designing learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants
-Create and execute learning programs
-Design, develop, and deliver training modules
-Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
-Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

Job Requirements

-Proven experience as a L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
-Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
-Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
-Proficient in MS Office and LMS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Human Resources Management will be a plus.
- Trainer Skill and Facilitation Skill.
- Certified Trainer Certificates will be a plus.
- Customer Oriented, Action Oriented, Plan and Aligned.
- Self-Awareness, Self-Development, Self-Management.
- Open to feedback, Team Player, Open-Minded.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders
