- Manage payment obligations to suppliers, customers and third- party vendors- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure all payments made in timely manner- Reconcile financial statements (Income and Expense) of lard lords and tenants.- Prepare, send and file documentations related to payment- Quotations, Invoices and Receipts.- Manage the collection of rent, other payments and remittance to landlords and tenants.- Manage collection/ refund of Security Deposits.- In depth knowledge in financial banking process and government taxation.- Monitor payment related to government taxation- stamp duty, commercial and withholding tax.- Prepare expiring/ terminating lease report and manage notification of expiring leases.
