Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers
-Developing and implementing leasing campaigns
-Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
-Preparing marketing submissions that reinforce our strong brand image
-Prepare marketing advertisements and product awareness to increase potential leads
-To follow up on potential leads to convert into leases
-Prepare paperwork and all necessary documents to submit to clients
-Organize and make preparations for showings of office/residential properties
-Coordinate with property management team of any defect
-Maintain relationships with client to provide special assistance

Job Requirements

- Must have a Bachelors degree
- Must have experience in leasing
- Must have good negotiating and communication skills
- Must be able to work with a team
