- Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws in the telecom, tax, H&S, and other key areas, advising the company on how the regulatory environment affects specific business processes and
decisions.
- Tracks, and reports regularly to management on compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.
- Advises and negotiates on company’s behalf regarding licensing matters.

- Excellent English skills
- Must be experienced in Myanmar regulatory matters, preferably in the telecom field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; law degree and law firm experience preferred
- Over 8 years experience in regulatory compliance
