The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for assisting day-to-day operations of the related section. Including providing support to Section Head (Legal Counsel) in both local and international laws, rules and regulations. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

 Construct legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
 Execute and improve legal administrative processes for more efficient workflow
 Prepare and review of legal documents
 Develop cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case; preparing and filing discovery requests
 Maintain cases by establishing and organizing files; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management
 Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Law or equivalent
• Qualified lawyer
• Admitted to legal practice (HGP or Advocate)
• (3) Years of experience in handling legal matters in a corporate or finance environment.
• Experience in ligation
• Ability to meet short deadlines and work under pressure
