An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Draft and review all contract agreements and internal policies ensuring that all are in compliance with existing statutory and/or laws.
• Take care the disputes with business partners, agents, customers and concerned third parties in line with agreement contracts, policies and laws.
• Managing of fraud cases affecting company’s image and interest including dealing with courts, police departments, other concerned departments, businesses and persons.
• Develop, implement, maintain and review operation policies, procedures and activities to prevent illegal, unethical and/or inappropriate conduct.
• Monitor and review new laws, amendments, directives and relevant rules and regulations of Government & Micro Finance Institution's policies, procedures.

Job Requirements

• LL.B degree.
• Must be knowledge in Myanmar Micro Finance's Law and Myanmar Company Law
• Good command on English and Microsoft Office
