- To support senior lawyers in all aspects of their work for CMHL
- Prepare legal documents
- Advising other departments on their legal position
- Supporting the business in its expansion including property transactions
- Setting up joint ventures and executing financing deals and many other legal matters
- To conduct legal research, prepare and review contracts, arrange government approvals, registrations and fillings and write legal memorandum
