Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review new laws, amendments, directives and relevant rules and regulations of Government and concerned Ministries.
• Draft and review all contract agreements, maintenance of Company records, legal documents and internal policies ensuring that all are following existing statutory and/or laws.
• Taking care of all necessary Government Relations with business are professionally conducted.
• To ensure that secure business transactions for all the legal and obligations of Companies
• Maintain good Public Relations and assist in ensuring the name and image of Companies are secure.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• 7 years experiences in the corporate legal background and related government experiences for a F&B company.
• Must have a degree in Law, MBA or equal qualification
