Responsibilities:• Monitor and review new laws, amendments, directives and relevant rules and regulations of Government and concerned Ministries.• Draft and review all contract agreements, maintenance of Company records, legal documents and internal policies ensuring that all are following existing statutory and/or laws.• Taking care of all necessary Government Relations with business are professionally conducted.• To ensure that secure business transactions for all the legal and obligations of Companies • Maintain good Public Relations and assist in ensuring the name and image of Companies are secure.
Requirements:• 7 years experiences in the corporate legal background and related government experiences for a F&B company.• Must have a degree in Law, MBA or equal qualification• Able to maintain good relations with government authorities and regulations• Good in English language
