Consultancy for legal issue to support the Company business operation to support for all
Departments not only for the core business.
• Responsible for all transferring process and agreement to support the Company core
business.
• To deal with government office such as Or. Bor. Tor. , district office and other relevance to
ensure that the transferring process is on time.
• Controlling all license and permits the Company business.
• Preparation the Draft of notice, for both regulatory and request contract and other legal
documentation which are related with the Company business operation.
• Fill out legal form and lodge with the related Authorities.
• Supervised legal staff in legal section, especially for core business company i.e. transaction
process and related with law and regulation.
• To be co-operative with the other divisions in the company by giving the legal advices and
consultations
• Supported information or handle the litigation cases
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

At least bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years working experience in corporate legal work.
• Experiences in real estate would be advantage.
• Good working knowledge of prevailing legal regulations and developments.
• Good relationship with relevant ministries and government agencies.
• Must have a good analytical approach, team player, hard working, energetic and
enthusiastic
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
