Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Perform the role equivalent to legal counsel.
- Draft and finalize legal documents including agreements, contracts and internal regulations aligned with domestic/ overseas law and regulations
- Negotiate contract-based legal matters with and corporate executives, business partners, content creators, clients, vendors and other stakeholders
- Legal matters related to tax and import customs duty
- Business-related government policies (especially on auto industry)
- Efficiency process contract documents based on negotiations by the required deadline
- Respond immediately to urgent contracts negotiations
- Manage to process regulator internal reports
- Coordinate execution of contracts/agreements and support external communications
- Other related tasks and duties as assigned.

- LL.B / LL.M
- Above 4 years experience in related field
- Familiarity with work experience
- Flexibility with active and positive attitude
- English skill : Proficient level preferred (Verbal and Written)
