Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Draft, review and revise of legal letters, agreements ( site leasing, community, etc. )
Research and provide information regarding land law and other relevant laws & regulations to the team\Deal with legal disputes with contractual partners
Prepare and submit least agreement reports to government authorities in a timely manner
Maintain records of all contracts and documents within the office, in order that they are all captured, tracked and appropriately reviewed as required by the legal documents
Do stamp duty of lease agreements
Other duties assigned by General Counsel

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in law
Valid lawyer license
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Preferably work experience in drafting legal letters and agreements
Preferably work experience in Telecom sector
Fluency in Myanmar- English
Strong knowledge on land rights
Excellent judgement and analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent MS office skills
