LP Recruitment (50%)
• Daily lead management and conversion responsibility for LP recruitment
• Build long term relationship with prospects in the area
• Recruitment and training of LP
• Responsible for any support as many be necessary

LP management and training (50%)
• Daily on job training.
• Daily LP’s lead management and conversion
• Daily LP’s sales activity management
• Ensure minimum numbers of policies and case sizes (existing and new business) produced by LPs in area of responsibility
• Ensure minimum policies renewal and policies lapsation performed by LPs in the area of responsibility
• Ensure that policies are issued in the desired TAT
• Assist LP Branch/ Cluster Head in recruitment and training of LP
• Responsible for any support as many be necessary
• Check and ensure the quality of the LP from time to time
• Observe and coach overall performance and behavior of the LP
• LP Activity management and management of LP behavior and compliance
• Act as the first line of defense and escalate to LP Branch/ Cluster Head any compliance issues as soon as aware
• Observe and coach sales and capability of LP

• Graduate degree.
• Preferably 12 months of experience in sales or customer support
• Selling skills, leadership, optimism, team player, maturity and coaching skills
• Average management skills
• Excellent communication skills and credibility
