Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Strategically plan and manage logistic,warehouse,transportation and customer service.
Direct , optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with supplier and customers.
Arrange on warehouse ,plan routes and process shipments.
Resolve any arising problem or complaints.
Supervise,coach and train to all staff & section head.
Make cost,productivity and accuracy and timeliness targets.
Analyze data performance and implementation improvements.
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirement.
Responsible to maintain and creation data in system (ERP).
Manage on operation activities (Purchase order).
Fully manage on manpower & workload, material access.
Create policies or procedures & instruction for logistics activities.
Set up internal rule & regulation to follow & maintain by all staff & section head.
Monitoring and analyzing on productivity & delivery.
Supervise to logistics specialist such as warehouse , procurement & PPIC.
Negotiate with supplier or customer to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
Plan and implement to improvement internal control systems.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate and Diploma Holder.
Age must be over 25 and above.
At least 4~5 experience in related field.
Must have personality,interpersonal skills,communication skills,cooperation skills and team work are required.
Able to work under pressure and complete tasks required with time accuracy.
Must be understand overall transactions & planning of operation.
