- Schedule drivers on various routes efficiently as finding ways to minimize
costs.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency and decreasing vehicle
cost.
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers and train new drivers.
- Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of service.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs on vehicles ensuring strict servicing
and maintenance times to minimize downtime.
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Manage the registering and license updating process of all vehicles.
- Utilizing GPS system to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
- Complying with existing Myanmar transportation and vehicle laws & -
regulations.

Job Requirements

- 3 to 5 years’ experience as Fleet Manager
- A Bachelor's degree and diploma or certificate in supply chain
management is desirable
- Ability to lead a group of drivers and schedule the effective & efficient
vehicle routes
- Incredible time management skills
- Great knowledge of vehicles and existing Myanmar Transportation and
Vehicle laws & regulations
- Able to speak Chinese and English 4 skills.
- Good use in MS Word, MS Excel.
- Able to establish positive working relationships with at all level of
employees.
- Establishes effective interpersonal relationships across the board.
- Able to reason objectively and critically.
- A can do attitude and a sense of honest.
- Can work under pressure and remain focused in emotionally charged
situations.
- Able to be a team player – participant and leader.
