As Logistics Manager, you will build and oversee the growth of an innovative, highly visible, low cost logistics network throughout the Myanmar.
Responsibilities for this position include:
(1) Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
(2) Manage the entire logistics operation, to achieve major business KPIs, and constantly driving performance improvements across the division
(3) Quickly ramp-up on the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes to enable flexible and efficient delivery to our customers
(4) Use your data driven mindset to seek out opportunities to expand our logistics network across Myanmar
(5) Anticipate and respond proactively to emerging industry patterns, practices and regulatory environments
(6) Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce & logistic team.
(7) Resolve any arising problems or complaints
(8) Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
(9) Perform other duties as assign by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Required:
(1) 5- 10 years of Experience
(2) Candidate must have Extensive knowledge about the logistics market in Myanmar.
(3) Should have hands on experience on customs clearance, warehousing Management, inventory control, distribution network, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers
(4) Candidate should have Excellent geographical knowledge & Government Rules and Regulation
(5) Good people management and coordination skills
(6) Excellent financial acumen.
(7) Good negotiation and communication skills.
(8) Must have proficient in English literature
