• Establish close rapport with the Myanmar Customs to ensure smooth and continuation of operations. Compliance to the Customs Act and Sales Tax act is the guiding principles of our bonded goods activities. Implementing key team building activites with the Customs is essential. All required reports to the authorities to be submitted on time and in the right perspective. Also ensure full compliance to J-SOX and Code of Conduct both Global and Local. Also responsible to ensure all tax stamp application activities are performed on time and meeting all regularoty requirements.

• Management of all inventories including finished goods and NTMs, practising FIFO, and ensuring its safety without variance at the end of each month stock take, inhouse NTM tracking system. Prepare monthly aging report for management decision making to eliminate write offs due to aged inventories. All import and export of NTM, finish goods and machinery must comply to the regulatory requirements as well as the Company's policy and procedures.

• Ensure the function to achive all set KPIs and also work with other function to achieve all Factory and Global KPIs. Motivate and inspire team members to excel and provide support to others to exceed customers' requirements. Ensuring continuous learning, out of the box thinking approaches and calulated risk taking, to strive for competitive edge. Nuture a continuious improvement culture to explore current work processes for redunduncies and cost improvements benefits.

• Ensure all safety programmes and initiatives are carried out. Safety compliance are enforced. The achievements of KPIs for EHS are met or exceeded every year.

• Ensure compliance to Code of Conduct and perform all others task required by the factory management.

• Ensure EHS guidelines and procedures are being follow while performing tasks.

Education
• Degree or its equivalent

Work Experience
• 2 -5 years in in FMCG industry or supply chain function. Have experience dealing with government officer and know well Myanmar logistic.

Language and Computer Skills
• Proficiency in English, MS office skills and Myanmar import and export procedure
