Duties & Responsibilities:

Operation Planning
• Assist CPL Manager

Government Liaison & Import Permit / Customs
• Liaison with contractors to consolidate the relevant information and data for application of import permit to relay to O&M Customs section
• Liaison with local/overseas agency for application and arrangement of import/export permit for the equipment and materials
• Liaison with local agency to monitor local regulations and directions changes
• Monitor and track all import/export permit to ensure the timely obtaining of the permits
• Support CPL Manager to write a letter to government office if necessary
• Liaison and support customs section in O&M for customs clearance

Aviation Support
• Communicate and coordinate with all 3rd party service providers to consolidate the personnel movement plan to input the information into the flight booking system for O&M aviation section to generate the flight manifest.
• Organize air cargo to be sent to offshore via fixed wing and rotary wing – coordinate with the requester to collect the cargo information to input into the air cargo booking system for O&M aviation section to generate the air cargo manifest
• Coordinate the 3rd party service personnel’s check-in status and check the air cargo arrangement at the airport
• Liaison and coordinate with O&M aviation section for flight arrangement
• Support to update the 14 days look-ahead to cross check with the flight booking

Logistics Support
• Track lessons learnt implement into next well

Qualifications and Experiences

• Graduate degree in relevant discipline (Alternative qualifications may be accepted by CPL Manager and Director)
• More than 8 years in oil and gas logistics or similar sector
• A full and detailed knowledge of logistics techniques.
• Proven experiences on customs, government liaison and aviation support.
• Preferred Experience Drilling Logistics.
