* Creating schedules and ensuring way plan are all running out smoothly
* Supervise inbound shipping activities and make sure that they are carried out in a time efficient manner
* Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
* Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
* Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
* Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
* Make sure that each work order provided to a warehouse personnel is within his physical and mental capabilities
* Perform analysis of warehouse operations and create reports on a periodic basis
* Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

Job Requirements

* Must have any graduated and age between 35 and 40 year
* Must have Diploma or certificate in logistics & supply chain management
* At least three years experience in related with FMCG and warehouse fields
* Must have Excellent analytical, problem-solving & organizational skills
* Must be fluent in English 4 skills
* Able to use email, internet and Microsoft Office .
