OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for coordinating with contractors, consultants and project teams according the project plan. Coordinate the M&E drawing, monitor and request M&E materials and supervising building service installation team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Monitor project schedule, quality assurance, quality control and work progress
-Coordinate with M&E contractors and check the quality of work site
-Attend site meetings and coordinate M&E related work with the project team
-Plan & Coordinate required shop drawings with M&E Project coordinator, Consultants and project Manager
-Submit required purchase request of M&E materials to ensure work progress according to the project schedule
-Check for quality and quantity of delivered M&E materials on the site
-Support the project team on site in _electrical and mechanical related needs
-Mange site safety in regards to electrical usage
-Supervising the installation of building services, ensuring that specifications for Standards, performance and safety are met.
-Overseeing the testing, maintenance and repair of the building systems' refurbishments
-Other tasks assigned by HOD

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

-Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
-At least 2 years' experience in M&E project coordination
-Good command of English is a preferable
-Able to use internet, email and Microsoft Office
-Possess knowledge in using AutoCAD.
-Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
-Able travel any location with short notice, if needed
