- ဧည့္သည္အခန္းတြင္းရွိသည့္ အိမ္္သာေရစီးေရလာေကာင္းေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ရန္၊ hardware မ်ားကိုျပင္ဆင္ရန္၊ electrical ပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ မီးအိမ္မ်ား၊ TV ၊ Air conditions မ်ားျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းစသည့္ maintenance activities မ်ားလုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
- Mechanic တစ္ေယာက္အေနျဖင့္ ျပႆနာမ်ားေျဖရွင္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ျပႆနမ်ားအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္အေျဖကို ရွာႏိုင္ရမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး high quality ျဖစ္ေနေအာင္စြမ္းေဆာင္ရမည္။
- လုိအပ္ေသာ alarm ႏွင့္ life safety systems မ်ားကိုလုိအပ္ရင္လိုအပ္သလိုေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရန္ႏွင့္ system operations တစ္ခုလုံးတြင္ပါဝင္ေသာ emergencies case မ်ားကို monitor လုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
