Job Scope
We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Executive who has minimum of 5 years of experience to ensure a high standard of building, machinery, furniture, fixture and equipment of the stores and office. Responsible to lead the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned projects, in support of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for Electrical and mechanical Maintenance of all stores and office.
• Responsible for execution of maintenance jobs like preventive & breakdown maintenance.
• Manpower Planning, Deployment & Managing maintenance activities.
• Responsible for execution of regular repair, maintenance & testing as per plan.
• Help in Safety initiatives and other major initiatives to prevent accidents. Daily breakdown analysis and corrective action execution
• Direct junior maintenance engineers in the performance of approved maintenance work including quality control, duration, cost and thoroughness.
• Identify, arrange and track the skills training and development needs of each team member.
• Provide support and leadership in troubleshooting equipment.
• Responsible to decrease the maintenance related expenditure

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering background with 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Experience in dealing with preventative/predictive maintenance process, technical guidance and development of the maintenance work force
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Functional knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced Corporate Office Environment
• Ability to work independent
• Prior retail experience and knowledge
