#Maintenance managers oversee the maintenance of buildings, electrical &mechanical systems to ensure required tasks are completed for operational effectiveness.
# Maintenance managers control the installation, repairs and upkeep of employers' property, including all machines, electrical & mechanical systems.
# He may also take on more administrative tasks, depending on the specifics of their job.
# Developmaintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
# Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
# Checking electrical/mechanical of all production machineries & boiler systems of the factory to ensure daily functionality.
# Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
# Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, bolierman, etc.)
# Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
# Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
# Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
# Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
# Ensure health and safety policies are complied with local authorities

Job Requirements

# Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
# Preferably has experiencing in handling boiler systems.
# Experience in planning maintenance operations
# Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, mechanical repairs & electrical systems, etc.
# Working knowledge of facilities machines & equipment. Preferably has experience in handling boiler systems.
# Ability to keep track of and report on improvement activity progress
# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
# Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
# Educational qualification will be added advantage with a high school diploma or equivalent, undergraduate degree, or graduate degree in electrical, mechanical, facilities engineering or similar field.
# Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or other recognized technical competency certificate license will be a plus.
