Maintenance Manager at one of the International Leading Beverage Company in Myanmar

• Lead and Manage the Plant & Facility Maintenance with a strong knowledge of maintenance management
• Up to 2,500,000 Kyats + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international food and beverage company and growing in Myanmar. They have the nice working environment and are a company who strictly follows compliance.

The Role

● To oversee all maintenance activities of plant equipment & facility through a maintenance management system
● Responsible for maintenance planning & Inventory Control, the spares management and control through the SAP
● To implement, review and comply with Quality, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environment Management System in maintenance areas
● To coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturer from overseas regards to equipment maintenance and installation

Job Requirements

Requirements

● At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Department (FMCG experience Preferred)
● Must have knowledge about manufacturing processes of beverage in various bottling, packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, Aseptic, blow molding) and quality management system
● Must be proactive and able to lead the maintenance team with strong leadership skills
● Must have a knowledge of the principles of production management
● Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
● Good Communication Skills in English and Burmese
