Provide Engineering services support to all section within school and co-ordinate with other department/ Officers on all matters relating to outlet, facilities and general building.

- Inspections:
Conduct daily checks to the essential equipment to ensure they are operating in satisfactory condition at all time; Spot irregularities and rectify them immediately; Conduct regular inspection with term contractors (eg. Check lists, lighting, air-con, lifts …) to ensure services are carried out and maintained to the standard and specification set by the Management and/or Authorities; Inspect all public/common areas lightings and replace defectives lightings

- General maintenance:
Liaise with licensed facilities
Operate and maintain electrical system and all main power distribution boards
Operate and maintain air-condition system and equipment
Carry out overall maintenance of all building facilities
Prepare preventive maintenance programmer for M&E installations
Carry out/ attend to any minor building works or repairs
Maintain a checklist and record on the maintenance works and works done to date
Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts and ensure that they are available at all time

- Handle complaints and requests:
Respond to maintenance’s requests and complaints on time.
Maintain a record on the complaints received and work done

- Others:
Investigate and recommend Facilities Manager any improvement where possible Contact vendors/suppliers for quotations, evaluate and recommend to Facilities Manager the best option available.
Conducts employee performance appraisal based on job descriptions and objectives to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
To be an active member of Health & Safety Committee; Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians
To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the Principal.

- Myanmar
- B. S. in Engineering preferred with demonstrated success in maintenance position.
- At least 5 years maintenance experience and 2 years’ experience of maintenance supervisor
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and quality control
- Good communication skill (English & Myanmar)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
