- Organizing routine maintenance schedules
- Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available
- Assess deliverable need, prepare budget and schedule, and communicate resource requirement to management
- Drive the team to develop the technical skills and competencies necessary to meet
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
- Ensure on-time completion of all related tasks of maintenance team

Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Engineering Degree/ Master in Electronics and Communications/ Electrical Power
- Minimum 3 continuous years’ experience in Manufacturing industry
- Motivate and able to lead a team to achieve the aims and objectives of Maintenance Team
- Have knowledge on renewable energy is advantage
- Ability to work under deadlines/ pressure
- Must have technical troubleshooting skills, technical understanding, and experience of maintenance equipment.
- English proficiency is needed
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite
- AutoCAD familiarity is required
