1.Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs as necessary

2.Implement preventative maintenance measures

3.Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

4.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol

5.Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Maintenance Technician skills

1.Diploma required

2.Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

3.Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools

4.Effective written and oral communication skills

5.Able to work well with minimal supervision

6.Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
