This is a department under Business Banking, which serves small & media enterprises which make up of 90% of Myanmar’s business landscape, by offering banking services from account opening and trade payment to financing. CB Bank also partners with international and supra-national institutions to fuel the growth of SMEs in Myanmar. We have introduced Credit Guarantee Insurance scheme in cooperation with Myanmar Insurance and SME Development Center under Ministry of Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Exploring new business opportunities of enterprise banking products through different banking channels to achieve designated business targets
• Cross-selling retail banking product to SME customers
• Managing portfolio and maintain close relationship with customers for business retention and referrals
• Preparing credit proposals by negotiation of credit terms, pricing and collateral requirements under the bank’s guidelines
• Identifying and minimizing credit risk within the portfolio through regular credit reviews
• Developing the internal credit rating process
• Developing banking products for SME clients

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills to build sold relationship with the clients and to work with the internal colleagues
• Commercial awareness and sharp business acumen.
• Customer service focused
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes
• Management and coaching experience

Qualification Required:

• A bachelor’s degree (preferably in banking & finance) from an accredited university is required. Other related disciplines may also be considered.
• Good language skills in both English and Myanmar is preferred.
• Good understanding and knowledge of various banking products and services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and eloquent email skills
