Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Perform all necessary tasks relating Company License, Business License, Right of Way and Permit
-Prepare and process reports to PTD, DICA, MIC and Regional Government
-Keep up with all DICA and MIC process relating Company Registration and Investment
-Identify business opportunities: Tender, RFP, ROW and develop the pipelines of new business coming into the company
-Initiate Proposals and develop business process documentation for ROW in other regions
-Build and maintain good relationship with Regulators, local authorities and corresponding departments
-Monitor project, facilitate implementation and evaluate outcomes
-Monitor and carry out all Company Processes to be compliant with the rules and regulations of Post and Telecommunication Department
-Perform all tasks relating BOD Affairs
-Prepare and support to complete Company’s legal documents such as MOU, NDA and Agreement
-Prepare monthly report to BOD
-Translate necessary documents to provide to BOD when necessary

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree with MBA is more preferable .
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Telecom field .
- Proficient in both English and Myanmar to communicate with internal, external parties and shareholders
- Ability to assess competitive landscape
- Good in presentation ,communication , Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Networking skills
