Management Trainee is assigned functional responsibilities – Air/Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics/SCM, Domestic Distribution Management and Sales – with structured development programs including special assignments and projects.• Learning all aspects of Schenker business, culture, and core values.• Being a hands-on development program and making a contribution. • Providing support and handling assignment from the department.• Involving the senior management in setting goals and objectives. • Contributing Improvement Process to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost. • Working across functions and collaborating with different teams to tackle problems and provide solutions.• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Bachelor degree with major in supply chain management, logistics, operational management, industrial engineering or business studies.• Have experience in related field 0-3 years.• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.• Computer Literature (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)• Enterprising mindset and proactive approach to business.• Possesing strong analytical and strategic thinking.• Good social skills and intercultural competence.• Strong leadership and eagle to learn.• Adaptable at any environment.
