Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Job Purpose

• To complete 9 months training in each MBL department to become future Manager of Supply Chain Department (Technical, Logistics and Procurement). Through the training he/she mainly learn about Technical process and related process in other departments (e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Marketing and Sales).
• During the training he/she shall report the training progress 2 monthly to top management at Management Meeting.
• After 9 months of the training, he/she will be assigned to Technical Officer in Brewing or Packaging process to learn deeply.
• After Technical Officer assignment, he/she will be assigned to Technologist in Brewing or Packaging Technology or QA to handle problem solving and system control, etc.
• In future, possibility of job rotation within Supply Chain Department (Technical, Logistics and Procurement) as Management Talent based on his/her performance
• Overseas training opportunity is available after 2-3 years service (after bonding period)

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Science or Engineering background in (B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry, IC or B.E/M.E - Chemical).
• Computer MS Office skills and good command of English & Japanese (Speaking, Writing and Reading), Japanese N1 level is preferable.
• Positive working attitude with service minded and a good team player.
