• Drive strategic analysis of key business projects by employing advanced analytics and tools using internal and external data to help leadership team accelerate the business performance while anticipated and mitigating critical risks.
• Lead project strategy for multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end supporting the senior business leader, along with providing expertise.
• Support Corporate Strategy Development team in the preparation of Board materials, papers, competitive analysis, portfolio analysis and other strategic projects.
• Manage and conduct objective analysis, research on current and emerging market trends, firm competitors, project/staff management, financial performance, key operating metrics and other related topics to inform strategic options.
• Support the development of quarterly/annual performance reports for the business’s leaders as well as facilitating cross-functional performance reviews for this leadership.
• Support the maintenance of an effective strategy department inclusive of management, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel and identifying and advising on areas for enhancement and focus.
• Review, manage, and analyze existing business strategies in order to provide council to the business’s leadership and ensure alignment with the business’s overall strategy.
• Analyze long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities, inclusive of acquisition and disposal strategies.
• Monitor and report on progress of strategic and business plan implementation.
• Perform market research, industry trend and competitors’ analysis.

• Minimum degree in business and or finance related fields from recognized universities plus any further professional qualifications.
• Must have experience minimum of 3 years and above of relevant.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and master new subject-matter
• Demonstrate ability to think on your feet as well as making data-driven decision.
• Proven track record in effective project management skills and a good team player.
• Resourceful, possess strong business acumen and a result-oriented self-starter who is highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice is essential.
