Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Assist in planning, designing and implementing on overall risk management process for the bank
- Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
- Risk evaluation, which involves estimating impact of risks and cost and the risk appetite of the organization
- Risk reporting in an appropriate way to Management, Board of Directors and regulators
- Corporate governance involving overall Risk Management controls and contingency plans
- Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors
- Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization

Note: On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or Master’s degree optional) in law, accountancy, finance, business administration, or a related field
Minimum (3 to 5) years in management and Legal Compliance Sound knowledge on government & financial regulations and law Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Must have analytical skills; Leadership Skills.
Ability to work independently as well as team player Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
