• Manage the finance shared service operations in the NTC covering
Statutory/Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Accounting Tax
(B) Key Accountabilities

The following are the role’s key accountabilities:
• Statutory/ Financial Reporting
̶ Monthly management accounts as per standardised format
̶ Annual/ quarterly statutory audit & reporting
̶ Regulatory reporting (MCMC) - due April and June following year
• General Ledger
̶ Standardisation of GL codes
̶ Month end / Year end activities
̶ Integration from sub process: CONCUR/ Payroll, AR and Treasury
̶ Basis of accrual
̶ Accounting Policy
• Accounts Payable
̶ Invoicing PO / Non-PO based
̶ Framework Order for Rental
̶ Interfacing/Uploading - Bulk Payment for Utility
̶ Payment - recurring and upon request
• Fixed Assets
̶ Maintaining fixed asset register
̶ Assetisation
̶ Disposals
̶ Running depreciation
̶ Settlement process
̶ ARO
• Accounting Tax
̶ Extraction for indirect and direct tax computation

Job Requirements
• Qualified accountant to at least CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA level
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of current accounting software systems
