• Lead in developing FIT KPIs, PICOS standard, etc. together with mangement team, channel marketing, trade marketing, field sales team and region team• Manage, implement, track and drive continuous improvement on FIT and excellence sales execution• Ensures FIT priorities are executed according to strategy and addresses pain points with solutions aligned with Field Sales achieving FIT targets• Conduct frequent market visit to check on FIT implementation and sales compliance towards sales policies, sales rules and principles• Conduct call analysis, FIT score analysis and publishes monthly reports on FIT results/ achievement to local team and global team; and monthly review with sales team regards with result ; present results and recommendation to management team • Establish and improve measurements for perfect execution in the market through sales system• Create coaching and training tools to assist FIT execution in trade for change behaviour• Manage and ensure effective Market Audit Team on market insights and governance on FIT scores• Manage local and corporate projects in sales department/ commercial department, with technical, strategic and business project managing• Initiating new local projects or engage in group project with aim to generate value of commercial business
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent- 4+Yrs experience in commercial, specifically in field sales and sales operations (performance, strategy, technology)- Stay up to date on the latest technical/ methodology developments- Good understanding in FMCG market and field sales- English, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot), familiar with ERP- High technical capability (expert level of Excel knowledge)- Good understanding in operations to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
