 Assist Group General Manager in directing and coordinating all departments’ activities of Head Office and Subsidiary Companies to achieve company’s profitability and growth
 Coordinate with all departments in administering operations to ensure schedules and objectives are met
 Participate in formulating company policies & procedures
 Maintain relationship with various suppliers & customers and build company image
 Administer stock management and procurement to ensure inventory is stocked & consistently replenished
 Manage importing process to ensure the delivery times
 Maintain quality service of company by establishing and enforcing standards

Job Requirements

 Bachelor degree in any discipline
 Master/Diploma in business administration is an advantage
 Minimum 8 years’ experience in operation & management with 3 years of managerial level experience
 Strong business acumen, leadership and interpersonal skill
 Good communication skill both written & verbal in English
 Good at using Microsoft Office Applications
 Able to drive with valid driving license
 Ability to work under pressure
 Able to travel
