Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

(1) Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all input and output transactions of Power Engineering Tools & Equipments and machineries
(2) Keep proper tracking of movement and whereabouts of large and important machineries provided by Management
(3) Keep assets in well maintained conditions and calibrated to be deployed to required projects immediately
(4) Evaluate work performance and motivate sub-ordinate staff to obtain high productivity, result and morale
(5) Writes proper operation manuals, of special tools and machineries and inform to respective project managers
(6) Check all incoming tools and machineries for proper running condition and keep proper records
(7) Keep proper minimum stock of spares ready in hand with proper input and output register
(8) Approve receipt notes for Tools & Equipments delivered to designated stockyard by internal project teams (users) and by suppliers
(9) Support internal and external audit teams in compliance with internal control procedures, good business practice and ethical conducts

Tools & Equipment Control Manager is responsible for overall management of Tools, Equipments and machines used for power engineering project and be accountable for proper recording, safekeeping, maintaining of Tools, Equipments and Machineries ready to be deployed to site when required by projects.
