As Transport Manager, you will be an integral member of senior operations leadership and Shop. You will manage the strategy and operations of how we work with our logistics partners across Myanmar. Responsibilities include:

- Build & Support the 3PL strategy to cater to business needs of Shop and the delivery needs of our customers

- Grow our transport network, including first mile, line haul and last mile with 3PLs

- Continuously drive costs and performance improvements

- Ensure efficient operation of our 3PLs, and follow the group blue print as it relates to 3PL management

- Support and develop local teams to improve operational processes

- Consolidate SOP & standards in the group blue print

- Build local expertise and knowledge within our teams / with our 3PLs partners Build and lead strong team

Job Requirements

- Degree from a top tier university, with a specialism in logistics / finance / economics / supply-chain management, with at least 3 years experience managing logistics, logistics partners, or supply-chain management

- Strong project management and process engineering experience, across cross-functional groups

- Highly analytical and data driven, with a solid track record of meeting and surpassing KPI targets

- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders

- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Myanmar languages
