1. Control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures for the overall success of the organization
2. Provide policy direction
3. Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson
4. Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
5. Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
6. Analyze problematic situations, occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
7. Analyze company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the activities of company and followed at all the times
8. Supports food safety and quality management system implementation according by standard
9. Others duties as assigned by HQ

Job Requirements

1. Any Graduate with Diploma OR MBA in Business Management
2. Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
3. Strong experience in developing strategy and business plans
4. Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution operations (prefer in FMCG field)
5. Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
6. Excellence in English skills
7. Strong experiences in Industrial relations
8. Able to work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone
