The Role

Responsible to develop strategic plans and manage business performance effectively

● To consult and provide business strategies with shareholders
● Insuring company policies and legal guidelines are properly associated within the company
● Responsible to oversee the overall performance of the employees and lead them to be motivated
● Deal with government office to smooth operations
● Directly report to BOD/Chairman/Group Managing Director

Job Requirements

● Minimum 8 years of working experiences in related industry prefer from Cargo service and Airline industry
● Any Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in management
● Excellent communication skills in both verbally and written in English and Burmese
● Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance measuring
