•PLC Programing and BMS system troubleshooting/ Repairing• Responsible within the organization and performance in both in field & workshop activities.• Implementing Manufactures / Group RMA Work Process, Arrival inspection, Pre-Delivery, Commissioning, Servicing Reports• Identifying appropriate action to maintain, repair, and support our After-sales Service Division, to meet both existing and future needs• Ensuring Customer Service Satisfaction.• Efficient Action for Maintenance, Service, Repair and other operations as required by the After-sales Service Manager..
• Any graduated (Engineering prefer)• At Least 3 years experience in relevant field. • Require good communication skill in customer support.• Require good coordinating, organizing in teamwork.
