Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

> Overseeing all Mechanical & Electrical works on the project.
> Coordinating with project management and team and other internal stakeholders on the planning & execution of M&E installation works.
> Coordinating with the client, consultants and subcontractor on M&E activities.
> Assist in the implementation, monitoring and review of a M&E construction management plan.
> Attending site meetings.
> Evaluate and select competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the installation and maintenance work.
> Check and evaluation the progress claim is submitted by the sub-contractors on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
> Ensuring that project is completed within the specified time, budget and meet client's quality and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

> Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical) or equivalent.
> At least 6 years of working experience in construction industry.
> Experience in handling hotel/ factory projects will be advantageous.
> Possess excellent leadership/ managerial skills, able to manage project and work independently.
> Able to work in fast paced environment.
