Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

 Reviewing of Tender Documents
 Preparing, compiling proposal in accordance to customer’s requirements and specification
 Assist to design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and details engineering design.
 Coordinate and liaise with internal departments for queries to bid submission
 Negotiate with customers and sub-contractors about pricing
 Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
 Estimating cost of the assigned scope / prepare bill of quantities (BOQ); schedule of rate (SOR); schedule of breakdown (SOK) and schedule of technical data (SOT)
 Work closely with engineer team to ensure project handover is carried out for execution phase if and when required
 Evaluate sub-contractor’s progressive claim
 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical )
 Minimum 3 years’ experiences in M&E field
 Must possess knowledge of testing and evaluating theoretical design
 Able to travel for survey
 Must have good communications and negotiation skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office / AutoCAD
 Fair in English 4-skills
