Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Maintain, Install and Service the Hotel used machine, Air conditioning, Electrical work, M&E work, All System control, Thermopac (Hot Water System ),
2. Ensures that all maintenance relative equipment is in good working order at all times.
3. Supervisor has to arrange Labour and Time management (Duty Schedule, Machine Usage Hours, Machine Guarantee date.)
4.Send daily duty report to Department head every morning.
5.Overall in-charge in M&E Department and balance of Diesel, Engine Oil, Gasoline.
6.Prepare necessary proposal of M&E department ( to support for better service )
7.Overall checking any necessary spare part needed for any running machine ( Generator, Heater, Lightening accessories, Laundry Machine.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in Electrical Control, Air Condition System and Hot Water System,TV Satellite System ( MA ), Hotel Phone Line PABX System, Water Treatment System, Generator Maintenance.
2. At least 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
3. Must have G T I diploma (or) degree holder.
