A Big Opportunity for ...

* Leading consumer research projects to support new product innovation and marketing campaign.
* Own research budget and lead the research plan
* Plan and execute whole research projects to support marketing calendar
* Being a master of consumer insight and support team to strengthen product concept and marketing campaign based on deep consumer insight.
* Consolidate all of the researches we did and build a intelligent data base for team to use.
* Join marketing campaign development and help team select the excellent ideas based on consumer insight
* Analyze market/sales data and help team dig out the business challenges and opportunities.
* Collect all market/sales data and do the analysis monthly
* Coordinate the regional resources and drive synergy to local team
* Regular contact with regional team to get their alignment of local research projects
* Import regional research/consumer insights project to benefit local team

Job Requirements

* Post Graduate
* Fluency in English
* Fluency in major Burmese dialect
* +5 yrs in a manager role in the related field and preferably in FMCG/beer environment
* Effective, positive and energetic attitude
* Innovative and systematic person capable of cooperating across the functions
* Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentations skills
* Team-orientation
* Very strong leadership skills
* Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented
* Solid analytical skills and planning/organizing skills
* Positive attitude towards beer and alcohol industry
* Talent for operating in a multi-cultural environment
