• Preparing market commentary, reports and general research
• Maintaining knowledge of relevant property news, market conditions
• Supervise on database management in all sectors
• Conducting property market surveys
• Managing the Research team’s database to ensure all material produced is available to the wider business
• Collecting data on consumers, news relating to all sectors, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objective
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and management

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English and Japanese Language or Chinese language
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Market Research industry
• Age between 25 to 40.
• Strong client orientated approach
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
• High level of Microsoft Office skills
• Good understanding of database systems and ability to extract data for reporting purposes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, high report writing skills is a must
• Presentable
• Outgoing and easy going yet focused
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to create or edit written reports
• Excellent Customer Care and developing relationships
