-Produce marketing collateral, including project profiles,brochures,emails and presentations.-Identifying,securing and managing client relationships.-Conduct marketing research as needed.-Maintain project experience,resume and image library,create new project sheets and resumes as appropriate.-Perform general administrative tasks as assigned, Assistance with receptionist duties,ie.greeting walk-in's, mail, maintenance of office supplies, scanning,maintaining upkeep and organization of the office.
-At least 3 years of similar experience.-Excellent computer skills.Strong design skill.-Ability to multi-task.-Excellent organizational skills.-Ability to work independently.Excellent attention to detail.-Experience posting/creating content, updating and maintaining social media.Creating a social media calendar for a business.-Previous experience in Architectural industry strongly desired.
