Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Work closely with Marketing & Communications (M&C) lead for event setup , logistic arrangement and other administrative support including – preparation of event
materials
(E.g. invite, feedback forms, signage), collating and maintaining client invite list, brand check and formatting of presentation slides, setup, logistics, registration, attendance
tracking, post-event reporting)
• Assist in processing payment to service providers by preparing payment requisition documents for the Finance Department
• Liaise with food caterer for in house events
• Provide support on fronts of marketing & communications programmes when needed, market research, production of brand merchandise, stock management and other
assigned tasks
• Liaise with vendors on controlling the quality of marketing collaterals
• Support administrative work related to communications
(E.g. newsletters, publication toolkits)
• Any other duties assigned by Marketing & Communications M&C lead

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder with prior relevant experience is preferred
• Good command of English both verbal & written
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and/or Adobe is a strong asset
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple projects
• Reliable and well organised with attention to detail
• Good organisational skills with an ability to multi-task, lead on certain areas and meet deadlines
