• Develop marketing and promotions strategy and bolster sales.
• Improve products positioning and customer targeting to maximize sale and platform awareness.
• Conduct and contribute in implanting daily, weekly, monthly marketing and campaigns activities with Campaign Traffic Planner. focusing on assortment categories, products and sales and to deliver high quality, effective and timely measures.
• Conduct and prepare monthly brands and products analyze report: sale attribution to categories along with key improvement areas.
• Monitoring and benchmarking the price against competitor prices across different platforms.
• Analyze the performance of banners, sliders, and teaser to maximum sales.
• Build pricing models for banners and sliders using past impression and data click.
• Manage paid digital ads’ budgets to achieve desired digital marketing metrics (traffic, leads, acquisitions and purchase conversions).
• Website management – Responsibility to bring exposure for OFFICIAL STORES, SHOPMYAR MALL & Trusted stores.
• Onsite-Analytics (Google) & SEO – Understanding and studying sales pattern & customer behavior data, reporting as appropriate, recommending adjustments (work with our SEO expert from IT department) to improve products positioning and customer targeting.
• SMS/ VIBER Marketing– management of schedule, administration, automation, reporting/adjustment.
• Creative Marketing – understanding customers behavior, guiding the visuals that will sell, and generally pulling together a digital marketing plan.
• Product Lifecycle Management – determining which products work best in which digital channels and managing price adjustments over time.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years in e-commerce or online marketing
• 1-2 years in advertising and digital marketing
• 1-2 year in Business development or Marketing Management Role
• Digital Marketing
• Content Marketing

• Sales and Marketing Knowledge
• Digital Creative Direction
• Microsoft / MS Excel
Any Graduated.
Preferred academic Skill: (At least 2 of below)
• Diploma or Certificate in specialized E-marketing
• Diploma or Certificate in Marketing Management
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Analytic
• Diploma or Certificate in Communication Engineering
• Diploma or Certificate in Adverting

Other key information
To succeed on this role, you should be ideally:
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and business development is a must.
• Tech/Product experience is a definite asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and timely delivery work.
• Fluency in spoken and written Burmese and proficiency in English.
• Able to create work under minimal supervision, as well as present solutions to the company’s needs.
• Able to handle rejection and work under high pressure environment.
